We’re excited about the 2025 research calendar, which currently has 25 major market studies planned, including two new reports covering Semantic Layer and ERP! More will be shared in our vendor information session (read on…).
Analysts currently are working on the 9th annual Analytical Data Infrastructure flagship study, to be published at the end of January.
February will feature the 3nd annual Workforce Planning and Analytics, and the 11th annual Data Engineering thematic market studies.

New Team Members
We have made two exciting announcements.
John van Decker joined our team as a Distinguished Analyst. John has over 35 years of experience in finance, software, and IT and has held significant roles, including CIO, VP of Strategy at a leading software vendor, industry analyst at Gartner, and Chief Research Officer at The Hackett Group. He has worked with thousands of end-user organizations and software vendors concerning their business application strategies to optimize their technology investments over his working tenure, focusing on business analytics, planning, performance management, and ERP.
Myles Suer came on board as Research Director.
Myles is a well-known technology journalist and is the #1 CIO influencer according to LeadTail. He facilitates the #CIOChat, connecting CIOs and senior leaders across industries worldwide. 2025 New Year Data Collection
This month we kick off the New Year data collection process, which will inform our Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management flagships, our inaugural ERP flagship report, and all 2Q and 3Q thematic studies.
We are holding a couple of vendor information sessions later this month to dive into the specifics of topics covered in this program, and actions/deadlines for vendors.
