Here’s a recap of recent activity and a look at what’s ahead this month.
We published the 3rd annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reporting Market Study, and are hard at work on our newest flagship covering Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), scheduled for publication mid-month. The team will then turn their attention to our 4th annual ModelOps report, and the AI, DS, and ML report, now in its 12th year. Both are scheduled for publication in late August. An additional, new report on Agentic AI is also slated for Q3.

We are excited to offer a 2026 planning event for our key clients, October 28th and 29th, in the Boston area. The event is primarily for our vendor clients but will also include buyer clients from our “Data Leaders” program, and will feature keynote presentations, a 4-worlds scenario building workshop, breakout discussions, as well as socializing and networking.

Mid-Year Data Collection
Mid-Year Data Collection is in full swing! Thank you to all who attended a vendor info session; if you missed it, please take a moment to review the recording that Michelle has shared with you. There are substantial changes this time, particularly in how we cover analytical data infrastructure, and Howard covers all of this in detail in the recording.
The data we collect during this program supports the 4Q25 and 1Q26 market studies, including Embedded BI, Supply Chain Planning and Analytics, Workforce Planning and Analytics, Agentic AI and Generative AI. Analytical Data Infrastructure is now an umbrella term to include Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, Data Visualization/Semantic Layer, Data Engineering, Master Data Management, Data Governance/Catalog, and Data Observability.
